OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

We're not liable for any investment losses, technical failures, or unauthorized access to your account beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Cameroon, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Douala, Cameroon.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
